Our original nine flavours have been with us since day one. We always make sure to use high-quality ingredients to bring out the best texture and flavour. The Kato Matcha from Genuine Tea is used to construct our tea-infused matcha flavoured macarons, and 70% Valrhona Guanaja dark chocolate is used to fortify our chocolate flavoured macarons.
